Refund policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return of your VISOLUZ magnifier.

The product must be in the same condition you received it in. Email us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll confirm the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
